I made some awesome bruschetta earlier today, sort of based on a recipe that I found from google.  I took 1 big tomato finely chopped, 1 clove of garlic finely minced, 1/4th of a jalapeno pepper finely chopped, a little bit of balsamic vinegar, a little bit more olive oil (I don’t measure), salt, pepper, and italian season.  Mixed it all together and let it sit for a while while the flavors mixed.  Toasted some french style bread slices and spooned the bruschetta onto the toast.  It was delicious, too bad it didn’t make much.

In other news I’m about to go to my first wedding reception ever in the morning.  I’m performing the Tinikling and Singkil dances with FASA in Gainesville, VA.  Should be fun.
